This is an explanation of how and why RemoteWinBox will charge you, and what to do if you see an unexpected charge on your bank account.
RemoteWinBox Cloud Billing Explained #
RemoteWinBox Cloud is a subscription-based service. To continue to use the services offered by RemoteWinBox, you will need to stay current on monthly payments, and remit any missed payments before six months or risk losing access to the platform. Your subscription is based on the number of MikroTiks that you have on your RemoteWinBox Cloud dashboard. RemoteWinBox Cloud costs $2 per MikroTik per month. For example, 1 router will cost $2 per month, or $24 for the year. 10 routers will cost $20 per month, or $240 for the year, and so on. You are billed at the start of each monthly billing cycle. To start using RemoteWinBox, your first payment will be $2, and any routers you add or remove won’t be billed until the start of the next month in the billing cycle.

My RemoteWinBox Cloud bill was higher than I was expecting #
RemoteWinBox Cloud automatically creates an invoice at the start of each billing cycle (equal to 1 month) based on the number of MikroTiks you have on your dashboard, and then immediately charges the card on file to pay for the next month of use. Your first month costs only $2, and any MikroTiks added during that first month will be charged on the 1 month anniversary of your first payment. If you do not have any MikroTiks on your dashboard, you will not be charged for the month. If your bill is higher than expected, either your first month has ended and you will be charged normally, or you may have added MikroTiks during the month which will change your monthly bill.

I was not expecting to be charged by RemoteWinBox Cloud #
The following are potential reasons you may have been charged unexpectedly.
Your $2 introductory month ended #
- Your first month of RemoteWinBox Cloud only costs $2. After the introductory month, you will be charged at a rate of $2 for every router on your dashboard.
Your Free Router promotion has expired #
- If you had an account with a free-router deal, that promotion has now ended and you will be charged normally for all devices on your dashboard.
You or a team member have added routers to your dashboard #
- If you previously had 0 devices on your dashboard and add a device, you will also be charged for that device at the start of the next monthly billing cycle.
I have never signed up for RemoteWinBox, why was I charged? #
If you did not sign up for a RemoteWinBox subscription but saw a charge on your bank statement for RemoteWinBox, please contact our support team at support@remotewinbox.com for assistance.
I was charged multiple times in a month #
RemoteWinBox Cloud utilizes an automatic payment system. If you miss a payment, the system will retry the payment every several days. This could result in your previous months bill being paid in the current month, and then you being charged again that same month. You can view all bills by logging into RemoteWinBox, going to your Profile, and clicking on “Manage Subscriptions”.
I was charged multiple times in a month and was not delinquent #
If you have an active subscription and are not behind on any bills, but are still being charged twice each month, you may have created a second account or a second subscription on accident. First attempt to log in with a different email that you may have created an account with.

How to Download Invoices from Admiral Platform #
Under Profile -> Manage Subscription, users can view past invoices.
Clicking “Update Payment Method” button will take you to the payment portal.
It will open in a new screen and have a listing of your invoices similar to the screenshot below.
Click the Arrow in the Square icon to pen the invoice in a new window. The document can be downloaded from here for your records.
